The truck body swapping system sized for the

 ¾ and 1 ton 8 ft. pickup box frame.

FEATURES
• New and pre-owned trucks can be equipped with the Truck Transformer
• On-loads/off-loads the truck body from/to the ground
• Loading/off-loading capacity up to 2700 KG. (6000 lbs.)
• Truck Transformer loader weight: 180 KG. (400 lbs.)
• On/off maximum load angle adjustable through under-body adapter design
• 5 to 10 minutes to complete the off loading of one truck body and reloading a second body.
• Operator friendly controls: Key Switch (on/off); Toggle switch ( On-Load/Off/Off-Load)
• 2 component system: System consists of the  Truck Transformer loader that attaches to the truck frame; Truck Transformer under-body  adapter that attaches directly to the under side of the cross members of a truck body.

Note: Each body requires an under-body adapter.

* Most new and pre-owned bodies can be adapted with the under-body adapter.

• System fits all *present day Ford, G.M. and Dodge 8 ft. pickup truck frames, which includes the regular, extended/club, and crew/quad cabs.

• One Truck Transformer equipped body that loads on one Transformer equipped truck will load on all trucks.

• For security the Transformer equipped truck bodies are lockable making it impossible to load on to the truck.

One truck can now perform the functions that took several trucks in the past. One truck body now can perform more than one function.

 

One Transformer equipped truck may function as a:

stake/flat deck, landscaping truck, cube van, portable job site office, gravel box, motorhome style camper truck, container truck, utility body truck, moving van,  **ambulance, welder's truck, tire repair truck, **personnel carrier for fire crews, water tank and pressure pump body for fire suppression, septic tank vacuum body, water tank body for dust control, construction office style body, **combination field ambulance /crummy body, recreational vehicle transporter, etc.

A FEW EXAMPLES OF TRUCK BODIES

PERFORMING MORE THAN 1 FUNCTION:  

1. Cube van body loaded with tools and equipment

 

- when on the truck -  a service van

- when off loaded at a job site - an easily accessible secured storage unit

- when off-loaded at the shop - a tool crib

  (see two pictures below)

 

2. Flat deck equipped with lockable hinged covers. Covers hinge over recreational vehicles  when loaded on deck. Recreational vehicles   include snowmobiles, quad bikes, dirt bikes, etc.

 

- when deck loaded on truck -  a dry secured recreational vehicle transporter

- easy on/off loading of recreational  vehicles from deck when deck off-loaded  to ground 
- between outings and off season the deck doubles as a secured recreational vehicle dry storage enclosure.

 

3. Motorhome style camper: the restrictive “between the fender well measurement” of the pickup box is no longer an issue for the camper. This innovative camper loads directly onto the truck with the use of the under-body adapter and the camper floor is a full 8-ft. in width. The hot water tank and batteries are located below the floor and accessible from the exterior. As in a motorhome, living quarters are now larger and exterior and interior storage is also increased. The use of camper jacks and storage horses or blocking is eliminated.  The truck can be safely changed to a regular truck in minutes.

The motorhome body can be used as the job office/first aid station.

The Transformer loader will outlast several truckswith a minimal amount of maintenance.

COSTS SAVINGS

The Transformer system can be moved from one

truck frame to another with minimal costs prior

to trading in for a newer truck.

• Vehicles used for specific and/or seasonal jobs can be eliminated.
